Hello, my account has been blocked. Can I find out why it was blocked and if there's any hope of getting it unblocked?

Thanks for reaching out.
If your account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.
If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.
If you are instead referring to a error code or technical issue blocking your account from playing, please share the code with us and we'd be happy to assist.
