Weasel Error

About 4 days ago it happened ,but when the game released it just happended again!!! How did you guys fixing this error?
please fix this we are sure it is not on our end multiple people have been having this issue, or else may I should refund the 60$.

The WEASEL error code is an all-encompassing error message that is usually an indicator that you are experiencing a general networking issue. Please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide to work through possible solutions to your issue.

In rare instances, WEASEL errors can also indicate that one of the following situations may have occurred:
- Logging in on multiple platforms simultaneously.
- While logged in on one platform, attempting to log in on a separate platform.
- If a player is in an activity when a ban is applied to their account, they will be returned to the title screen with a WEASEL error.
  
  This specific WEASEL error is a result of, and not the cause of, their Marathon ban. For more information on Marathon bans, please view our Bungie Game Account Restrictions and Banning Policies.

Not work at all.
Really you guys wanna try out to fix the problem .In discord the topics are over 3000 messages around the Weasel.
Why dont you fix it like in opentest ?
