Invalid Gamecode (Collector's Edition) for PSN?

I ordered my Collector's Edition as soon as it was possible. Platform check. Region check. Everything seemed alright. It was a little strange though, because it wouldn't let me activate my gamecode until release. So a pre-load also wouldn't be possible.

Then, yesterday at launch, i tried to activate the code. PSN wouldn't let me. The code was correct, the item was shown to me, it just failed on activation. I tried multiple times, until the system wouldn't let me activate any code.

So, in the end, i had to buy the game directly via PS-Store... I had to double-pay.

According to our Marathon Collector's Edition FAQ, if your PlayStaion code does not work:

Marathon Deluxe Edition voucher code received from the Bungie Store will not be redeemable on the PlayStation platform until March 5th, 2026 at 8:00am PT. If you still receive an error message after this date and time, please contact PlayStation Customer Support for further assistance.

I would suggest contacting PlayStation Customer Support for assistance with your code and your additional purchase.
