Unable to link new PSN account for cross-save
My old PSN account that hasn’t been active in years is currently linked to my Bungie account. Unfortunately, I must’ve missed the PSA to unlink any unwanted accounts prior to the new policy that went into effect on March 25, 2025, preventing me from linking my new PSN account with my Bungie account. Alternatively, I can’t even create a new Bungie account to link my PSN with given that my Steam and other accounts have already been linked to this one. Is there absolutely no other solution for unlinking unwanted accounts? I’m finding it difficult to understand the logic behind removing this option without integrating a countermeasure for circumstances such as this. Bungie, please allow me to unlink my old PSN account so that I may link my active one. For $3.6 billion, this should already be a feature…

Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances.
