We've gotten reports of players encountering issues accessing their deluxe rewards. We're currently investigating the underlying cause of this. In the meantime, Accessing and Restoring Licenses may help you to access your purchased content. Your patience and understanding while this is ongoing is appreciated.
As for the Server Slam rewards, please allow up to 24 hours for it to reflect in your account. If you still haven't received it by then, please let us know.
