Toggle Aim for controller on PC

I am a disabled gamer, and the only way I can play is if there is a toggle aim option. Can not access Steam input to force a toggle aim

    Hey, me too! I'm on console, and yeah, the lack of toggle aim makes it dang near unplayable. I've just been barrel-stuffing and hoping while hipfiring. I've been a long-time Destiny player and love that they've put similar control customization in, as it helps a lot for people with accessibility needs like you 'n me, but this oversight is definitely hurting gameplay.
