Died from internet connection

I died from losing connection, not even got killed by a player, i was infront of exfile and then just disconnected...
since it wasnt from my side and i can prove it since my internet provider said i had no issue, i would ask if i can get my stuff refunded... i have no idea where i should go and get support, so im asking here.
