Extreme Server Lag

Today I experienced a extreme server lag that cost me 23k in loot, losing a gold volley, misriah, multiple valuables, and wasting my time to maximum efficiency. I have a clip of when it started to prove it was server lag as my game was completely fine up until then and to be frank I feel like completely uninstalling. After dealing with cheaters today as well I don’t think I can keep doing this anymore. I love this game so much but the treatment of cheaters and zero compensation given for the long list of bugs effecting the player experience in game is draining. I want my time, money, and sanity back.

Did you receive any specific error code or message when this occurred? Error screens and codes can give us more insight on possible causes.
There is also the possibility that this was caused by networking issues. If you haven't already, please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed troubleshooting steps, just to rule out any potential networking issues and prevent this from reoccurring. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
