Game crashed during matchmaking and I lost my 10K+ loadout when returned to lobby.
Last night I was loading into a match with a friend and I had over 10k in loadout. Matchmaking went on for 30 minutes and there was nothing found. It took me to a screen where I can keep searching or return to lobby. I kept researching for a bit (got cut out from my crew), then I finally went back to lobby. When I got back to the lobby. All my loadout was lost as if I was eliminated in the run. Was very upsetting.

In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
