Disconnected - Eliminated immediately although I downed the person I was fighting
I was on the way to S Relay when I ran into a player, I downed them and immediately thereafter disconnected with a "weasel" error. I reconnected and reloaded into the match immediately to find that I had somehow been eliminated already. Any chance of item recovery, or is that an automated process that we don't need to submit posts for? Clip at youtube link. Edited only to cut out me complaining about it on discord as it was happening.

The WEASEL error indicates a disconnect between your client and the game services (not always something you can see as a local internet problem). When that happens, the match can progress while you’re dropped; by the time you get back in, the game may already have marked you as Eliminated, and right now we can’t manually restore items or rolls lost in those cases. Any refunds the game can provide are handled automatically when specific server‑side conditions are met, not through individual requests or forum posts.
