Rough Date and Time of issue - intermittently always
Repro steps - it's random
I can't get a straight answer on the discord and there isn't a category for this. it isn't even a bug. I just want to know what this icon means and why it appears, because when I see it all of the npcs on the map rubber-band like hell. I will knife a UESC Recruit and it will not die, instead teleporting backwards to where it was several seconds ago. this doesn't happen to me on any other game. sometimes the icon turns red and then goes away, this is usually when the rubber-banding happens. all of my internet tests are reading fine, so I know it has to be the game.
