Game failed to load
Hi,
Just loaded into a game with my best kit fully loaded. The game failed to load (playing on Xbox). I was looking at a black loading screen for ages. I then quit the game and restarted it. It had clearly put me in the game the whole time and by the time I loaded in I was dead and all of my kit gone. Can you credit me some free kit to my profile please.

We understand your run in Marathon failed to load. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. Often, issues such as this can be caused by connectivity bugs. With this in mind, you may wish to perform Network Troubleshooting, as this will hopefully prevent such an incident from occurring when next you play.
