Bungie Account Name - Puck#8520
Platform - Steam
Description of Issue - Checking for updates - after that the error comes up its either turtle / paprika or nightingale
Rough Date and Time of issue - 9.3.2026 11am CET
Repro steps - i did everything you say in troubleshoot to do
WHAT DO I DO NOW? I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME BUT IT DOESNT WORK WOW GREAT THANK YOU

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out.

I can see from your previous post that you went through our Network Troubleshooting Guide and this did not resolve the issue. We also have an Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, if the Network Troubleshooting Guide did not help.

Also for the TURTLE error code, have you tried the following:
- Maintain a wired connection
- Verify there is no packet loss
- Console players: Clear the console cache
- PC players: Clear download cache on Steam.

So where is the customer support? i literally DID EVERYTHING AND NOTHING IS HELPING
