Silk removed but items not unlocked

I unlocked some stuff in the reward pass, then got error code weasel. The silk was removed but I do not have the items unlocked anymore.

    The WEASEL error code is an all-encompassing error message that is usually an indicator that you are experiencing a general networking issue. Please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide to work through possible solutions to your issue.

    In rare instances, WEASEL errors can also indicate that one of the following situations may have occurred:

    • Logging in on multiple platforms simultaneously.
    • While logged in on one platform, attempting to log in on a separate platform.
    • If a player is in an activity when a ban is applied to their account, they will be returned to the title screen with a WEASEL error. 
  • I purchased the tiers again the the silk was indeed removed a second time.
