If you are referring to game progress made in the Server Slam, that was reset with the full release of the game as mentioned in this article.
As for the Twitch Drops, please refer to our Twitch Drops article to make sure that you have followed all of the steps to receive your Drops.
If you were eligible for it, your Twitch Sponsored Kit may take up to 48 hours to arrive in your in-game Mailbox. For more info check out the Platform Benefits Page.
