Deluxe/Server Slam/Twitch Drop items not Appearing
Title, Yes I have tried the guide that has been posted by Bungie members under other posts, it does not work.

We've received reports of players running into issues accessing their deluxe rewards. We're currently investigating the underlying cause of this. In the meantime, Accessing and Restoring Licenses may help you to access your purchased content. Your patience and understanding while this is ongoing is appreciated.
Regarding your Twitch and Server Slam rewards, please allow for 24 hours for them to arrive from the time that the game launched. If you have not received them after that time, then please let us know, and we'll review.
I also completed the server slam twitch drops and do not have them. I'll keep an eye out but everyone i have played with today said they got them instantly on game loading for the first time.
