Marathon Servers crash
Servers crashed 3 times on 2026/08/12 between 7PM and 8PM CAT.
Got refunded twice, however, first crash did not get my loot refunded.
Was a 14k kit, would like that back.
Game crashed for our entire team not just me.

Thanks for reporting this. We have received multiple reports of players being disconnected just now and are currently investigating the issue.
When I logged in now, the loadout I lost last was loaded, however, when I tried to search for a game got codename weasel and got back to the main screen with a different loadout, from my last run this morning.
Another 2 kits down the drain...

Thank you for the update. At this time, we are still investigating these issues on our end. In the meantime, you may want to give the steps listed here and here a try, as Spinach errors typically stem from router settings blocking communications to and from Marathon servers. Our Network Troubleshooting Guide also offers advice that may help alleviate Weasel errors.
