Bug Report: Prestigous codex entry not marked as completed when exfilling with a prestigous valuable

Completed a run recently where I managed to exfil with a prestigious valuable "Arachne Death Hymns" however after going through the run report and back onto the main menu the codex entry "Prestigious" was not marked as completed despite the fact the codex entry for that valuable was marked as completed.
Finished run at around 22:00 GMT
Have no real way of reproducing the steps unless I get lucky and find another prestigious valuable however I have screenshot my last run report that shows that I had the valuable in my inventory.
