Unable to Claim VIP Factions
All my factions are VIP but I'm unable to claim VIP rewards.

Thank you for the report.
After updating the game today, have you claimed all of your rewards from the faction agents?
If you haven't, please make sure that you have claimed everything and then check your status with each faction again.
