Faction rewards bug is preventing me from claiming ANY rewards as factions get leveled up.
Since the mid season update introduced the bug in faction rewards that is giving the extra rewards to non vip rank players. It is now preventing anyone that is vip from claiming their actual rewards. I have leveled up multiple factions since the mid season update and CANNOT claim the vip rank rewards. Please fix this.

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
I am also experiencing the same issue since the mid-season patch. I am VIP rank for all factions and cannot claim rank up rewards that have been earned before or after the mid season patch.
Same here - I was not VIP on Mida but was maybe level 20 something and I was able to accept a bunch of rewards (probably unintended bug as well) but have all my other factions VIP and x amount of rewards to the VIP level and can't open any of them.. That said, unfortunately now that is preventing me from also accepting rewards as my VIP levels go up.... I've gotten multiple levels since logging in today and can't accept any of those rewards... So please do not fix and remove cause that would be messed up on stealing my new levels since the bug!
I’m experiencing the same issue. 3 of 6 of my factions won’t payout any agent rewards. I’ve don’t multiple contracts and leveled my faction & player multiple times and same issue.
Same here. If you are on VIP level, no rewards can be claimed. The only faction I was able to claim rewards, was not yet on VIP level.
Yeah, this is pretty much what my friends and I have deduced from our experience. My friends who play less and aren’t vip with factions are able to claim rewards no issue. Those of us that play regularly and are vip with all our factions can’t claim the rewards that showed up after the update. However, more irritating than that is now as we level up these factions we can’t claim the rewards being actively earned either. Nothing like punishing the majority/consistent player base lol.
