Premium Pass Voucher Not Active

Last season I received a premium pass voucher for use in that current season or future seasons. I have been told that others were able to redeem their voucher in order to procure access to the season 2 premium pass. I deleted the voucher from my vault since I figured that our items wouldn't carry over to season 2 anyway, but the problem is that I cannot redeem the voucher now. 

Any way to have the voucher returned or am I missing something?
