A Crash after every run

Description of Issue - Game crashes after every run.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Every time I had a run yesterday, and the one I have run today.
Repro steps - After each exfil or death, on the continue screen, the game freezes for around 3-13 seconds, and the audio cuts shortly after. I verified game files, reinstalled, and tried changing graphics settings. But it was not behaving like this last season.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the game stability when trying to play the game.

    To start out, please ensure that all of your drivers, windows, and your BIOS are all fully up-to-date. 

    If you still run into the same issue despite this, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and provide us with the link.

    I have updated all drivers, uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, made ample space for the game on my systems, and updated my PC as a whole. This issue is still persisting

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the DxDiag.

    After reviewing your DxDiag, it looks like your system is logging a memory-related issue while Marathon is running, and Discord is also showing a similar memory-related event in the report. That may explain the freezing and crash you’re seeing on the continue screen after each run.

    Your DxDiag also shows a newer Windows 11 build. If you’re using a Windows Insider or preview build, we recommend switching back to the current retail version of Windows before testing again, as preview builds can sometimes cause unexpected game issues.

    Please try the following steps:

    • Fully restart your PC before launching the game again
    • Close Discord completely before testing, along with any other unnecessary background apps
    • Disable any overlays you may have running, including Discord, Steam, and GeForce overlays
    • Run Windows System File Checker by opening Command Prompt as Administrator and entering sfc /scannow
    • Run a disk scan by entering chkdsk /scan in Command Prompt as Administrator

    If the issue continues after trying the steps above, please let us know and include whether the crash still happens with Discord closed and overlays disabled.
