I completed the compiler fight yesterday with my squad, and only one Biotoxic Disinjector gun spawned.
I was under the impression 3 total guns spawned (2 in lvl 5 room), but when we opened the door, there was only pinnacle loot and no added guns or ammo.
Is this a glitch? Did I miss something when completing the fight? I was looking forward to using it finally.

What you described lines up with the current intended reward behavior for this encounter, so it does not appear that you missed a step or ran into a glitch here.
I was under the impression 3 guns spawned, 2 of which are in lvl 5 room.
Has this changed? We have been trying for weeks to do this encounter, finally did it any only one of us got the weapon
