Cleared compiler with my team and did not recieve any of the relevant rewards

I was playing cryo archive with my team and we partnered up with another team to fight the compiler. We beat the compiler and used the exfil after the boss, but only one of crew received the rewards for it (skin, charm, and codex entries), I hope there will be a way to grant the rewards, i was really excited to actually get the compiler in season 1.
