This seems unintended. Perhaps the signal jamming visual effect should only begin when invisibility ends/gets disabled?

Thanks for the report and for sharing the video.
Based on the current behavior, this appears to be intended. Signal Jammer applies its own visible pixelated effect, so when it’s used alongside Assassin invisibility it can make the character appear differently than standard invisibility alone.
