STUCK ON CRYO PILLAR CONTROL
Hi There! me and my team had completely wiped the whole lobby in cryo archive and we were going to exfil and then I got stuck on one of the pillars in control. This should not be my fault at all. I have over 1 GB per second Internet with 500 MB upload speed connected to lan cable. This kind of stuff in this game makes me very upset because all my hard time goes to waste because of a glitch in the game. I’m going to attach a video clip to show. Hopefully, you guys can help me out and re-compensate me all my items I had or else I may not play this game anymore nor recommended to anybody because I’ve put a lot of time into this game and this is not the first time something like this has happened. I also see another post like someone had the same issue too. This should not be the players’s fault. This is 100% the development and game creator‘s fault not ours.

We have taken note of your report and will investigate this on our end.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
