Died at the top of one of the pinwheel entrance ladders, got revived and got stuck
Played on Outpost. We took a fight at the top of the ladders into pinwheel. I died at the top of a ladder but my death box spawned at the bottom of the ladder. My crew mate revived me but when I stood up, I was glitched into the space behind the ladder and couldn't escape. I lost a gold bully and other good gear as I couldn't move anywhere :(
