Cross platform chat not working 5/6/26
I am only able to communicate via chat with xbox players on my platform and not with Playstation or PC. All setting checked, no issue there. Tried generic fixes with uninstall/ reinstall, modem/router resets, and xbox box settings.

When you refer to trying some fixes, just to clarify, have you reviewed our Audio & Voice Troubleshooting guide? It often helps with issues such as that which you're describing.
If even the troubleshooting in that guide hasn't helped, then please consider linking us to a videoclip demonstrating what you're experiencing. A site like Youtube or Imgur would be ideal for this.
