Here are all of the clips i have of the said problem. I have now extracted with the weapon twice and not gotten the challenge completed any input would be greatly appreciated.

For Beyond the Crimson Veil, it’s not enough to just kill the target with the Biotoxic Disinjector and successfully extract with the weapon. The challenge specifically requires you to loot the level-5 room that opens after the kill in the same run.
If you go back, get the kill, then make sure you enter that level-5 room and loot it before you extract, the challenge should complete properly.
I am just now realizing it is not looting the weapon and extracting but looting the level 5 room after the kill disregard this post.
