Arachne Contract Progress Reset after Update

Last night I turned the game off with my Arachne contract almost done, I just needed 1 more runner eliminated. Today after logging in, my entire contract progress has reset. I normally wouldn't care, but I play this game entirely solo and its already difficult enough. I really would like my progress back so that I don't have to start all over. The contract's name is "brutal hymn 1" now. I am not sure what it was before. But it looks almost the same except that all my progress on it has been wiped. Please restore my progress or complete it so I can level Arachne up. Again, I play solo which is already difficult enough.

- What were you doing on that contract before logging out?
- How much progress did you have before? (describe it as best you can)
- Did any other contracts or faction ranks change unexpectedly, or only this one?
- After logging back in, did you play any runs or change any contracts before noticing the reset?
- Did you change shells or loadouts?
- Did you swap factions or reroll contracts?
- Did you switch platforms (e.g., played on PC then on console)?
- Has this happened more than once with this or other contracts? If yes, which ones and when?
- Screenshots or video showing the current Arachne contract page (Brutal Hymn 1 with reset progress or reduced progress)
- Any older screenshots or video that show your previous progress
