Cyac cryo archive contracts

Hello, last weekend we played Cryo, we entered the map right before it closed, and my friend (Восторг#9399) completed the contract called "Runner Gunner" (7 kills + vault opening), but he didn’t claim it because the time ran out. Now he can’t activate this contract. We tried to relogin, complete other contracts, refoll dozen times but he doesn’t receive it, codex says it 0/7 completed contracts on this weekend. Could you manually reset contracts for him or suggest in-game solutions to fix this issue? We sweated hard on the previous weekend and wanted to complete those contracts together on this weekend but my friends contracts are bugged and it makes him upset a little. Thanks.

    We're sorry to hear that your friend is dealing with this frustrating situation.

    Two things to take note of:

    • Progress toward the “complete all 7 in a weekend” goal resets each Cryo weekend, so anything you did the previous Cryo window won’t count toward the next one.
    • If a contract was completed but not claimed before Cryo ended, it won’t carry over or continue to show as completed the following weekend, which is why the Codex is showing 0/7 this weekend.

    What your friend can do:

    • Wait until Cryo Archive is active again.
    • Go to Cyber Acme → Limited (Cryo) contracts.
    • Use the free reroll on the active limited contract until Runner Gunner appears.
    • Complete it and claim the reward during that same Cryo weekend so it registers properly for the 7-contract milestone.
