Parasitism 4/5 location bug.
While doing objective one of parasitism 4/5 where you have to go to the terminal at the top of Maintenance a red room/locked room activated for no apparent reason and we couldn't get out. We were stuck for about 15 minutes, tried everything we could think of. Even had another team run up and try to get it open from the outside (probably to kill us) but even with their help on the outside we couldn't clear it. It looks like it's supposed to spawn bots, we killed all of them and the other team that came up killed the bots outside of the room, there was a dead team inside the room so they might have interacted with it first and bugged it for us somehow.
