LUX Issue

I purchased the deluxe edition on steam, there was a bug on the day of release where steam players were not receiving the deluxe items. I was not aware that the rewards pass came with the deluxe version of the game, so I purchased the full rewards pass before the bug was fixed (not knowing it would be included). I have now received my deluxe edition items, however I have not got a return on the LUX I used to purchase the pass before the issue was fixed,

    If you already purchased the Deluxe Rewards Pass before getting the Deluxe Edition, you can use the Contact Form to submit a ticket to request the refund for one of your two passes.

    Alternatively, you can keep the second Deluxe Rewards Pass and use it on a future season as the passes are not locked by season.
