Collector’s Edition emblem code not working
I received codes for the collector’s edition emblem and background in-game items from PlayStation Direct yesterday. When attempting to redeem the codes on Bungie.net/codes/redeem, I get this error message: “ERROR: Invalid Code. Please try again. (2000)”.
This is an issue with the emblem and background redemption, not the game itself.

I already responded in your other thread, but I just wanted to let the others in this thread know that this has been passed on to the dev team.
I'm having the same issue. Bought from PS direct, received codes but receiving error code 200 when I try to redeem.
I have the same issue. Bought through PS Direct and the codes were emailed to me. I've tried using the codes one a day and none of them work.

I have not seen anything on socials about this from the Marathon team, Bungie, or PlayStation.
Hello.I also ordered from PlayStation Direct and have the same issue. I'm in the UK.
I’m still having the issue mentioned in the title and can’t redeem the codes. I own the Steam version of the game and bought the Collector’s Edition without the game included. Is there already a solution for this?
There is no solution yet, Bungie Support says in this thread that the problem has been forwarded to their dev team but I have not seen any other indication that it is a known issue on socials or on their Known Issues FAQ. Many people have reported that PlayStation says it is a problem on Bungie’s end, but you would hope both parties could reach out to each other and resolve the problem fairly quickly.
