[BUG Report] Vault Filter Title Not Changing to Reflect the Selected Tab/Filter

Description of Issue - When browsing the Vault tab in the loadout menu, the name of the filter in the top left will stop changing to reflect which page/filter you have selected (e.g. "All", "Mods" or "Consumables").
Rough Date and Time of issue - First noticed towards the beginning of the Server Slam.
Repro steps - Not aware of how to reproduce it, but it happens extremely often from what I've noticed. It does seem to be fixed by inspecting a weapon and then pressing the back button to return the Vault screen.

If you are able to replicate this or encounter it again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look. If you are only able to grab screenshots, those would also be very helpful as well.
Have not been able to replicate so far, if i do i will update. Was happening more often than not during server slam but seems less common now
