Trash Game...Can't Even Play

every. single. time. i launch this trash i get the fucking weasel error im uninstalling and not giving this anymore of my time than it has already wasted. And support don't even get on here commenting about "check our troubleshooting guide" it's fucking trash every other game works but this shit. This shit is the issue...
