The Game is Unplayable Due to Single Digit Fps

The game, when I first launch it, looks normal, animations are smooth for about 2 seconds. Then everything goes down to about 4 fps. I am on a laptop 4060 GPU and i9-14900HX, it's not the strongest setup, but the game isn't even throttling my system. The FPS is simply gone. I've tried disabling all my overlays: discord, steam, and NVIDIA. I've also manually set the FPS limit in NVIDIA control center. Nohing fixes the issue. I can't even reach the main menu because the game sends me back because my FPS is too low as shown in the attached screenshot. I've verified the files and checked my drivers for updates. The game is simply unplayable. I've found other players with the same issue. Please fix your game, I quite literally can't even reach the main menu.
