The installed version of the NVIDIA graphics driver has known issues.
I can't log into the game, it gives an error saying that drivers with an error are installed. I had the latest nvidia drivers 591.86 installed, I installed the latest 595.59, same problem, it says to install new drivers. I downloaded older versions, completely deleted everything, this error won't let me into the game. If anyone had this problem, how did you solve it?

In the meantime, if you have updated your driver to 595.59 could you roll it back to 591.86?
Yesterday, Nvidia discovered a bug in their Game Ready and Studio drivers and recommended rolling the drivers back while their investigate.
