mouse cursor doesn't show up in game, barely able to get past license agreement page

No mouse cursor in the game. Had to plug in a controller to get past the license agreement page. Got into game and the mouse still didn't show up. All of a sudden the exit game page showed up and the mouse cursor showed up as well. It worked until I had to alt tab and then going back into the game the cursor was gone again. I'm seeing a lot of other people also having this issue. Worked perfectly fine during the closed technical test, idk what's going on now.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your mouse cursor while playing the game. We are aware of some third-party utilities that can introduce this problem. Try closing any screen sharing, screen capture, or screen measurement utilities.

You can also try the following workaround to see if that helps resolve the issue:
- If you are streaming while playing, could you try streaming the whole screen and not the Marathon game window specifically.
- If you are not streaming the game while playing, or if the above doesn't work, try disabling the Steam Overlay by clicking Settings → In Game and then toggling off "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game".
