Game Disconnected me and cost me my entire loadout

The game server suddenly disconnected me, with no error warning, and made me wait on a black screen, only returning to see i've been ELIMINATED. I demand a full refund of my loadout and items from when I infilled into my match.

    Hi there,

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

    If you experience disconnects often, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for further troubleshooting.

    Description of Issue - Game booted me out of my match and cost me my high level gear.
    Rough Date and Time of issue - 11:15 pm MST
    Repro steps - playing the game and it just booted me to a black screen, asking if I should continue waiting.

  • I refuse to accept that, that was not on my fault it was on a serverside error. My internet connection was perfectly fine. It disconnected me from the server and then killed me when it returned me, and did not refund my gear. I saw other people experience this temporary SERVERSIDE loss of service on the Discord. It was not an internet related issue at least on my end.

  • That automatic reply is unhelpful and dismissive of the problem that occurred. Is there anything that can be given as compensation for my purple tier gear that I lost *through no fault of my own* and was *entirely a servside issue* that *did* *not* *refund* *anything*?
