Can't hear teammates in game

Can't hear enemy or team voice chat after loading into game, only before in the lobby screen

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    We’ve seen cases where voice chat works in the lobby but cuts out once the match loads in on Steam/PC.

    Please try this workaround:

    • Before queueing or while loading into the match, hardware-mute your mic.
    • Once you’re fully loaded into the game, unmute and test team voice chat again.

    If you’re using Bluetooth audio on PC, there may also be a separate headset-related issue. In that case, please also try one of these:

    • Switch to a wired headset.
    • If available, use a 2-channel Bluetooth headset with separate game and voice audio channels instead of a single-channel setup.
    • Disable Bluetooth hands-free mode in Windows if it’s enabled.

    If none of that helps, please let us know what headset you’re using and whether it’s wired or Bluetooth so we can add that to the report.
