Can't start matchmaking

happened on 9:20 am(KST).
tried to play night marsh, after 7 minute waiting, this happened.
I am currently writing this post on the computer where this error occurred.

If you continue to receive Error code TAYBERRY, you may be experiencing poor or inconsistent networking conditions.
The first troubleshooting step would be to log out of the game and relaunch it to see if that resolves the issue.
