Complex Upper Level boss mechanics broke

We were doing complex upper level warden (pvp narsh) and got to the final wave. We shot the buttons and killed the boss but the buttons did not contribute to the indicator. The boss was dead and all buttons were shot (could not shoot more) but because the indicator was bugged out we could not progress and got stuck in an infinite bot spawning loop. video attached: https://youtu.be/HIOUDNNszh8

    • Repro steps - we shot buttons first, then killed boss. everything else was ordinary. went up north elevator, progressed through, started boss, then this happened

    Bumping this, just ran into this issue when we had over 5 minutes left after completing the mechanic and killing the warden. Odd thing here was that all of the lights above the door were glowing red, but the buttons were all retracted like they had been shot. Killed a mountain of bots and ran out of time to exfil.
