Still have not received Compiler elimination codex progress and skin reward for Season 1

Time: Between 1:00pm-2:00pm EST on 2026-05-31
This was a 2 crew Compiler (6 players).
My crew was the one to start Compiler encounter (we DNA card, and did the process to get to Compiler).
My teammates received their codex progress and skin.
I did damage to the Compiler as shown in video (below) at 0:59-1:18 (1st Phase), and 2:14-2:20 (2nd Phase).
My team exfiled successfully (4:21 in video).

I had the Ganglion in my Season 1 vault.
I should have my Codex for Eliminate a Compiler marked as completed, and have my skin reward (Triage). It took a very very long time to get to that point, and to not get the Codex progress and reward was very demoralizing. So, can I please get my account fixed?
