Killed compiler, but the extract bugged out
We've been trying to kill compiler for the past few days, and today we finally did it, but the extract bugged out so we didn't get the skin. The guns and loot are whatever, since the reset is happening in a few hours, but we'd like to have the skins. It looked like it was activating and we would extract since the timer for the extract and the match was the same, but it didn't go through. Here's a link to our compiler kill. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the rewards you expected from defeating the Compiler. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the issue further.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
