Exquisite Taste Codex Did Not Unlock After Extracting with Synapse Cube

I extracted successfully while personally carrying a Synapse Cube (Prestige Salvage) in my inventory. The Synapse Cube was retained after extraction, confirming that I successfully exfilled with it, but the Exquisite Taste codex entry did not unlock or receive progress. I also received a Hazard Capsule through a shared extraction on a separate run, but I understand that shared Prestige Salvage may not count toward the codex. Any assistance with this? Creeve#3364
