Completed Compiler but Codex says I didn't eliminate Compiler

My crew and I defeated the Compiler today, with the help of another crew (so 6 players in total). But my Codex Entries does not say I defeated the Compiler.
I should have the Triage codex completed as well:

Thank you for your report.
We are aware of situations where Compiler takedowns don't grant the appropriate rewards, such as Codex entries and skin.
We are currently looking into these situations.
I will pass your report and video along to the relevant channels for further investigation.
Additional Info:
Time was around 2026-05-31 1:00pm-2:00pm EST.
My crew was the one to start Compiler encounter.
My teammates received their codex progress and skin.
I did hit the Compiler during the damage stage (shown in video).
I exfiled successfully.
Missing:
Cryo skin reward and Codex progression
Will I be able to get the Cryo skin and Codex progression?
anothy, i got an answer in my thread. they said that support was not able to restore missing rewards or codex completion.
huge bummer, if this is not changed, i will just go play a different game where achievements are properly tracked and communicated.
