Killed Compiler - No Codex/Skin (S'phticide: Recon) Unlock even though we initiated the fight and I did damage to Compiler

I've seen this is a known issue. Cleared Compiler using my DNA card, did damage to the boss, and exfiled with loot from the final room. Teammate running Recon was granted the Codex entry and skin. I was running Recon as well as it was my last skin needed and I received no Codex entry/skin for S'phticide: Recon. No recording, but my platform is PC (Steam) and the run concluded/we exfiled at 1:30pm EST on 5/30/2026. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.
