Compiler Skin and Codex Entries Not Unlocked

Loaded into a match with a DNA access key, ran into friendly teams and all worked together to kill the compiler. My DNA access key was used for every step of the process, I dealt damage to the compiler's weak spot as shown in the video, and I managed to exfil, yet I did not receive any of the related codex entries.

Neither of my teammates received any either, even though as seen in the video we all dealt damage, and it was our DNA access key that was used during all steps. Their names were:
