Only got bronze rank icon despite being silver
As you can see I have got "Bronze I" unlocked but I had reached Silver III(top left)

Thanks for reaching out.
To clarify how Ranked end-of-season rewards work, the emblem reward is tied to the highest Rank I tier earned, so the Silver emblem is awarded for reaching Silver I rather than Silver III.
If your highest rank this season was Silver III, then receiving the Bronze emblem would be expected.
